P&K Consulting LLC provides credit repair, business funding consultation, real estate consulting, marketing, automations, and partner program services through www.pandkconsulting.com and all its subdomains. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined at the time of enrollment or agreement.
P&K Consulting LLC is not a lender, mortgage broker, or real estate broker. We act solely as a consulting and referral intermediary. We vet clients, facilitate introductions to our funding and real estate partners, and support the progress of the engagement. All lending decisions, loan approvals, and real estate transactions are made exclusively by our licensed third party partners. P&K Consulting LLC is not responsible for the decisions or outcomes of those partners.
All payments are processed securely through our secure third party payment processor. We offer one-time payments and payment plans depending on the service selected. By submitting payment you authorize P&K Consulting LLC to charge the agreed amount to your selected payment method. Payment plans must be maintained as agreed. Failure to maintain a payment plan may result in suspension of services.
All sales are final. P&K Consulting LLC does not offer refunds, trials, or cancellations once a service has been initiated. Please review all service details carefully before purchasing. This policy does not affect your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act as outlined in Section 5 below.
In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) you have the right to cancel any credit repair service contract within three (3) business days of signing without penalty or obligation. To cancel within this window contact us in writing at support@pandkconsulting.com. After the three business day cancellation window has passed our standard No Refund Policy applies. P&K Consulting LLC does not make any guarantee that we can improve your credit record, history, or rating. We commit to providing expert guidance and dispute services to the best of our ability.
Results vary by client. P&K Consulting LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes including credit score increases, funding approvals, real estate results, marketing performance, or business growth. Past results shared on our website or marketing materials are individual experiences and are not typical. Your results will depend on your individual circumstances, creditworthiness, business profile, and other factors outside our control.
P&K Consulting LLC operates in full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not charge fees before services are fully rendered for credit repair services. We do not make false or misleading claims about our services or your credit. You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA. You may also be entitled to punitive damages and attorney fees.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when engaging our services. You understand that delays or negative outcomes caused by inaccurate information, failure to respond, or failure to follow through on recommended actions are not the responsibility of P&K Consulting LLC. You agree to cooperate with our team throughout the service engagement.
Certain services including but not limited to business partnerships and credit repair services may require a separate service agreement at the time of enrollment. By agreeing to those service agreements you are also agreeing to these Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between a separate service agreement and these Terms of Service the separate service agreement shall take precedence.
By submitting a form, booking a call, or purchasing a service you consent to receive communications from P&K Consulting LLC via email, SMS, and automated messaging through our CRM and scheduling platform. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
To the fullest extent permitted by law P&K Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to P&K Consulting LLC in the three months preceding the claim.
All content on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and design is the property of P&K Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission from P&K Consulting LLC.
In the event of a dispute arising from our services we ask that you first contact us directly at support@pandkconsulting.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter. Credit disputes are handled through our internal credit disputing team. For any legal disputes that cannot be resolved directly the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in the State of California before pursuing litigation. P&K Consulting LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Any litigation services referenced in connection with our services are provided independently by licensed third party legal partners.

P&K Consulting LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to platform outages, regulatory changes, natural disasters, pandemics, or other events outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as possible.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
P&K Consulting LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
